Aloha! I'm Rebecca with "Turquoise Hawaii Real Estate".

I became a Realtor because I believe everyone should own their own home and I love helping clients reach their goals.

I specialize in Oʻahu and the Big Island (Hawaiʻi Island), where I’ve been grateful to call home for over 18 years. I’m endlessly inspired by the diversity of these magical islands—from a vibrant city (Honolulu) to many historic small towns, a rich multi-ethnic culture, sandy beaches to lush rainforests with waterfalls, an active volcano and everything in between ! Each island offers something unique, and I love helping my clients discover what fits them best.

For buyers, I enjoy getting to know you and helping you find the property that matches your personality and needs.

With over a decade of experience and more than 150 successful transactions, I’m well-versed in homes, condos, land, and commercial properties. Whether you’re buying, selling, building from scratch, or investing, I can guide you through every step—financing, title, escrow, permits, lava zones, insurance, inspections, negotiations, seller financing, HOA's, 1031 exchanges—you name it.

When I'm not helping clients, I'm probably in my garden (trying to grow as much food as I can :) enjoying a local reggae show, spoiling my pets or working on my historic building in Pahoa. I’m also the proud owner of a Plant-Based Restaurant—my way of giving back by to the community by offering healthy, sustainable, cruelty-free cuisine. I also love creating art in all forms!
